Attachment can't be downloaded

Hello, everybody,

Unfortunately, attachments to the events can no longer be downloaded from my site. The upload of the attachments works without problems. But when downloading you get an error message (tested with Chrome/Firefox/IE).

Joomla path: /home/www/v7
JEM Attachment Path: media/com_jem/attachments

The upload of the file was successfully stored here:
/home/www/v7/media/com_jem/attachments/event219/test6_298466622.pdf

If I call up the direct link, the PDF file will also be downloaded. Only if you use the download option on the page, you will always get an error:

Please give more infos about your version and systen! It seems, it is the responsive JEM version in the responsive part? Is this in the old style too?

PHP-Version 7.2.15
Joomla!-Version Joomla! 3.9.4 Stable
JEM-Version: 2.2.3 (Yes, the responsive "hack")

The error also exists when I switch back to the old style.

I have the same problems like you when I will download the files from your page.
Please take a look, in this forum. Some time ago, another guy had the same problem as far I know.

In this thread the problem was solved, but the path should be correct, otherwise he wouldn't be able to upload the attachments correctly. ( www.joomlaeventmanager.net/forum/jem-2-2-x-on-joomla-3/10064-attachment-not-downloadable )

Really strange behaviour, the download works on my mobile device (Android 9.0 Chrome latest version).
