If you know which files or folders don't have write permission but it's required you need to set this permission there.
If you have ssh (shell) access you can smiply "chmod". If you have ftp access it's also possible but depends on your ftp client.
You may have alternatively a webfrontend from your provider allowing this.
Or you use a Joomla extension like AdminTools.

I managed to fix it. Youtube is da shit. :)
It was the writepermissions for the media/com_jem/css/jem.css file. johoo

On a self-created backup file it could be ok, but not on installed files.

Ok, I will try to patch the installer's preFlight(), hopefully this helps...
