Hi, I want to know if it is possible to upgrade from EventList 1.0.2 Stable in JEM 2.1.1 because I would go to Joomla 3.3.
If you can where I can find the information for the transition?
I have a large amount of events, locations and categories to move.

JEM is an own, independent extension so "upgrade" is not the perfect word. You can have JEM and EL running parallel without conflicts. But JEM is based on EL so it "knows" EL and how to import it's data. Because EL doesn't work on J! 3.x you need to install JEM and import EL's data (and finally uninstall EL) before you can upgrade to Joomla! 3.3.
Generally I would recommend to make a "dry run" meaning copy your current site and try to upgrade. That's a process taking a lot of time with a lot of unexpected pitfalls so you would need to have your old site running and later simply switch the site (or update the original site with all your knowledge you collected).
Regarding information I can't give you a concrete list. There are some help pages inside JEM and also I remember there are some topics here in the forum regarding import of EL data into JEM.

There are some other ways but it's one of the ways you can try out.
also be aware that when you have 2.1.1 installed you can't install JEM 3 on top (at least not this month).

Would say no as it can take a long while till there is an "official" JEM3 release. At the moment it's possible to download here at the site a JEM 2.1.x version and that one can also be installed in Joomla 3.
