Database error after updating

Hello,
I'm using Joomla 4 (new install)
for 2 months i used JEM 2.3.6 with no difficties.

Now an update from JEM is availible => JEM 4 Beta 4 i was updating but found two database errors.
I did un install JEM 2.3.6 completly.
Then uploaded JEM 4b4, after installation i get this database error:



Checking the database i can't find wat is wrong:

 
 

 
 

 
 
Anyone any idea how to correct?

My disapointment is growing by the minute...
There are no JEM modules installed to activate.
Normaly they were installed but not activated, so you can select wat you want to activate and where, but now: nothing.

You did install the zip you downloaded (JEM-Project-JEM-for-Joomla-4), but this installs only the component not the modules and plugins..
If you unzip this zipfile, you will see inside the pkg_jem4beta4.zip beneath a lot of other files. With this it installs all!

in joomla 4 in system there is Maintenance Database
