The origin of issue was uninstall JEM 2.3.6, it isn't necesary.
If you uninstall JEM 2.3.6, Joomla 4 and installer script don't detect the old version and don't update the database structure.
When you run the Maintenance Database, the sql file are execute again and refresh the JEM structure in the database.

Today I tried to update...
Again ERRORS, installation failed.
Luckily it was a small and very fresh database.
In the end I uninstalled everything from JEM and did a fresh install including the database.
I hope there are no more problems in the future
(I will train myself to read the installation manual better...)
