can you be more clear, what you want to do?
change color?
change layout?
which view: what do you mean with agenda? eventlist view, calendar view.?

if you only want to change some colours, the css is enough.
if you want to change layout, you have to go to the default.php of the view, you like to change.

best is, you use something like webdeveloper for your browser! me I use firefox developer browser.
with one click you can look into the code and into the css and can try changes on the fly. You can see the address, where to change in the official css.
