Change color layout JEM

Hello how can I change the color of the link in the third colomn in (lat item with attachement)
I think it has a connection with the template CSS?

e.g. if you use firefox you can use firebug and see in your pages with the left button.
the you can try on the fly and you see where it is in the css.
