How do we update languages: Transifex <-> Github?

I thought of doing it as soon as we start developing towards a Joomla 3 compatible version (so after JEM 2.0 is stable)

I would rather do it now, as it helps you to save time instead of stealing it Doing this will just need little time compared to updating the help files.
