I think the raison it has a different name and structure is because it is not a JEM plugin but a plugin for CB ...

Will we include it in the standard installer package?

I do not use CB, so I did not try it yet, but surely Bluefox can answer these questions

you do have to install in by using the installer of CB, but not sure if the name matters or that it looks in the xml file. think we'd better leave iot as it is for now. did take a look and they do have a language folder.
