What is the best way to get Eclipse, Xampp(or similar) setup?

Hey,
thank you very much, you can find our source code on Github.
JEM is built with ANT ( de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_Ant ), with that you can create the installation package and the ANT buildconfig can also push files to a ftp server.
Use IDE you like most for developing.
