I have an event with max 36 attendees. I had 3 on waitinglist. 1 user decided to remove himself from attendees list. After that all 3 on waitinglist got added. This is of course not optimla, when we have max 36 spots. 

Please help me troubleshoot how this happend.

Yesterday, I uploaded the fix to Github see commit c42c176268b7936f878376c5d64498b5affb2c82 in github.com/jemproject/JEM-Project/issues/1926
