Hi
I am looking to migrate from WordPress. I need the ability to create signup sheets for various events. Does this extension support that?

When you organize a participation event such as a pot luck dinner, a blood drive, or meeting with participants bring equipment or performing specific functions; you make a sheet with the the tasks or items needed along with the number of volunteers needed. Participants then "sign up" for the roles, supplies, or items that they will bring or provide at the event.

Hi sw5255,
unfortunately JEM does not provide such specific functionalities.
Of course you could use custom fields or combine JEM with a task checkbox service, like doodle provides it …

This could be an improvement for JEM to support event nesting.
For example, having a parent/root event with other child events within the parent's time range. When the user enters a parent event, if it has child events, a list of these events is displayed. Each event can register users independently. I see it as a possible feature.
