Hi Support,
I switch the CB community extension. But if I clivk the link in an event it doesn't open the CB user profiel in the standard link, but opens a different link. How can I solve this?

Sorry, I can't reproduce this. Trying to reproduce needs more information about Joomla's and JEM's version and settings.
If we can't reproduce, then it seems a problem of yours.

Hi Jojo,
Joomla version : 5.1.2
PHP version: 8.3.2
CB version : 2.9.2+build.2024.06.26.16.39.40.98891a937
JEM Version : 4.2.2
JEM Setting for event:
Do I need extra settings for this to work?
Kind regards,
Emile

You get the right profile?
I think you have to ask to the extension you changed (community builder). You should have a look, how the links changed there!

Hi Jojo,
Thank you for your quick response and help.
Yes, I do get the right profile.
I looks like it even has the same link. (index.php?option=com_comprofile&view=userprofile)
So I will do some extra checks in CB
Kind regards,
Emile

Hi Jojo,
Because I couldn't get this to work properly, I set up a new Joomla test website.
1. Empty installation of joomla 5.1
2. New installation of JEM + basic configuration
3. New installation of CB + basic setup
4. Template is Cassiopeia
5. Create menu CB profile + JEM
When I open the CB profile, the link is: www.test.ziizo.nl/index.php/cb-profile
When I clicked on the participant in the Jem event, I expected to go to the same link. But it goes to: www.test.ziizo.nl/index.php/component/comprofiler/userprofile/66-dbgemile
It's the correct user, but the URL is incorrect.
Are my expectations correct or is this how it should work?
Kind regards,
Emile
