Is it possible set a fixed connection between category and Joomla User

Hi,
is it possible to get a fixed connection beetween category and Joomla User?
Let me try to explain what the situation is:
We are using Joomla 4.4.2 and Jem 4.2.0
On our Website we provide an Jem calendar where the clubs of our villiage put there events.
For every club one Joomla User and one Jem category exists. The User could login via Frontend and create there own Jem events.
Now the user has to chose his Jem category manually form the list in the creation form of Jem. As I know my culbusers they will choose the wrong Jem category by mistake. To protect this, I want to define for every clubuser (10-15) as fixed connection to his club category.
Is annthing like this possible?

Hi,
yes JEM is made for this.
You create user groups, each group for one user. You add the one user to a group and save.
Then you go to the right category and add this user in the sector group.
Each user can only add events to the category he is in this group. The other categories are white when crating an event.
EDIT: It is only the administrator who can create categories and assign groups to this category.
