Solved. See commit into github github.com/jemproject/JEM-Project/commit/36b1c585c3b88a95b9507418c2de72243f9f2465

You can delete this semicolon at the end of :
line 102 \components\com_jem\views\editevent\tmpl\responsive\edit.php
line 102 \components\com_jem\views\editevent\tmpl\edit.php
