Event manager role

Hi we are currently in a test of your JEM extensions and have a security question:
There is a group permission scheme in JEM to restrict actions on the module.
Bu we want to restrict t people having access to the backend from altering anything else then the JEM Event stuff.
How can we create a login for a event manager that can only manage events.

Only admins can enter the backend and chanue things. All the others with rights e.g. group members or what your settings are work in the Frontend
