I want to publish all past events as a kind of archive page. I published all past events but if I work, edit and save in the backend>jem, then all the events becone archived automatically and dissappaer. (maybe because their date is in the past) what can I do to have all past articles on a archive page in front end?
Hi, sorry for the long delay, I was in my holidays.
You've to make the JEM settings for "past events" = archive
On the simplelist (and others) you find an icon top right for archive, with that you always come to the archive.
But you can also create a menu with systemlinks>url and insert the same url you find when you clicked on archive.
In my case this is:
index.php?option=com_jem&task=archive&filter_reset=1
no prob. I found now a way to display them with less effort: in your basic configurations at bottom left, there is a drop on how to deal with old events. I clicked on "nothing" and I hope this will fix the issue. is ti correct?
