I created a new website with Joomla 3.10.1. When i tried to install the JEM form it showed the following error and install was not completed. Is it a known issue? how to fix the issue?

Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: com_jem.zip
thanks for the link. on that post I saw other people are also saying that it does not install on 3.10.0/ 3.10.1. But did not find any reply with any solution.
