Where Is The Contact Information

Hi there,

When I'm adding an Event, I also need to add a Contact for that event. Where do I enter the contact information so that I can select it from the list?

I see where to enter the Venus, and so I'm able to select a Venue, but I cannot find where to enter the contact information.

I think I found the answer. The contact has to be created under components > contacts > contacts.

When I click on the Contact Name and it takes me to the contact details, is there anyway to just show all the information rather than having to click on CONTACT and CONTACT FORM. It's too much clicking.

Hi, you can setup joomla contact that it leads directly to the contactform.
An other possibility is to add more infos in the contact part like phonenumber. To show emailaddress is not recommended. You have to add such things via models/event and default.php in views/event/tmpl resp. /responsive

Maybe I don't understand what you mean.

I am using the list to display contacts.
When they click on a contact they see the details on the attached image titled "first.jpg".
When they click on a name they see the rest of the details as per the attached image titled "second.jpg".

I would like the content that is on the second.jpg to display on the first page to reduce the amount of clicking users have to do to get to the information.

How can I do that please? Thanks!

Also when I get to the contact and contact form, you have to click on a link again to see the information. It is way too much clicks.

Also, when I click on the "Contact Form" link, it does not stay open. It opens and then close right away - so I cannot access it.
