The explanation for "Show intro text" says:
Code:
If set to Show, the introtext of the event will be shown. If set to Hide, only the part of the event after the "Read More" break will show.
Effectively means that you have a "readmore" break one way or the other, which is not how this should work. If I don't have a read more break, all description should show but it doesn't. Maybe I'm misunderstanding this.
The explanation for "Timezone handling" says:
Code:
You can select here how the dates will be exported. If you chose 'float', when imported, all dates will appear as being in the same timezone as the user (e.g: if the event is at 2pm in the US, and the user is in France, it will appear as being held at 2pm in France too). If you use 'Joomla' timezone, they dates will be associated to the timezone set in Joomla configuration.
Initially, we thought, for our international zoom calls, we need to have 'float' set but your example of US and French times both being 2pm is confusing and doesn't work. Our users complain of getting UK based times when set on float.
But if we set to Joomla timezone, won't the times be fixed?[/code]
I appreciate English may not be 1st language but these explanations really don't mirror the behaviour and make little sense.
Happy to help with translation if I could understand expected behaviour.
