Buttons register or annulation

Hi All,

Is it possible to:
1. Hide the ‘I will NOT go’ an dolly show ‘I will go’
2. When a user has registered, show only option ‘Annulation’ or ‘I will not go’

Or
Is it possible to use the button ‘register’ as a button with function I will go. And if a user has registered to go change the button into ‘Annulation’
