[SOLVED] Unpublished events shown with PHP version 7.0

I am running JEM on a site with Joomla 3.6.4 with PHP 5.6.27 and it is runing properly.
I have transferred the site to my developer server with PHP version 7.0 and suddenly all unpublished events are shown on the eventslist.

The Show Open dates option for simplelist is set to No.
The administrator language in joomla is german.
Any hints appreciated.

This is only shown for those who are able to publish! If you aren't logged in, you don't see them. Or at least you should not see them.
Can be a little irritating, I understand.

I'm sorry, but I was not logged in but the events where nevertheless displayed.

and cache was cleared before?

then sorry, I can't reproduce it: I am working on Joomla! 3.6.4 and earlier. with JEM 2.2.0 and php 5.6.27 and on other sites with php7.0.9. No such problems.

Perhaps others can help or reproduce.
