[SOLVED] JSON data error - archived events
[SOLVED] JSON data error - archived events
8 years 1 month ago
Sorry, if my english is not so good!
I have over 50 archived events.
The setting for Default List Limit is "20".
In Frontend I can see the first 20 archived events.
If I click on the pagination I get a white side.
Firebug-console shows me an error:
NetworkError: 500 Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error - http://localhost/joomla30foerd/veranstaltungen/veranstaltungsuebersicht/category/2.html?task=archive&filter_reset=1&start=20"
The same error on the livesite kultur-forschung.de/veranstaltungen/veranstaltungsuebersicht/category/2-veranstaltungsuebersicht.html?task=archive&filter_reset=1
Best regards Karl

Hi Diesl,
thank you for your answer.
What can I do?
If I set in JEM settings the "Default List Limit" to "all", the error appears, too.

Hi, I am using a t3 template too - but I can't reproduce your problem.
It it possible that you use something special with SEF which interferes and changes the URL address?

@Karl
what Joomla version do you have?
Seems there was a better JSON check implemented in Joomla 3.6.3, info:
- github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/12460
- forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=937036
but the hard part will be to find out the problem that's causing your problem.
Hmm, don't have JEM 2.x installed right now but can test a bit later this weekend.

@ Hi jojo,
I don't use any special SEF-Extension.
Before I write this topic, I have testet my problem with Prototype-Template - same error.
@Hi Bluefox,
I use Joomla 3.6.4, JEM 2.0.0 and PHP 5.6.25.
It seems like many others have a similar problem.
Thanks for your help
Best regards
Karl
