Mail for invited attendees.

Example.
The creator creates an event. Mail to create a receive all those who are included in the mail group (that's right).
The creator will then send invitations to selected participants. They also correctly receives other mail (That's right).

BUT
If the The creator edits the event: email about changing receive all those who have an invitation. Although invited participant sets that do not want to be a participant, continues to receive emails when editing events.

In my opinion the mail while editing actions should only receive already registered users. Out and invited users should not receive mail.
It is a bug or not?

I would say: Yes and no

If the date or time changes, this is of interest for everybody. Maybe someone said no because he could not attend the original date, but to the new one. Also invited people need to be informed.

But if only the description was changed, I agree that maybe it is not really interesting for people who said no.

I fully agree. Information on the event editing should receive logged and an invited participant. Invited participant is receiving the same mail as the logged participant (there is shown a participant of the event. Yet only got the invitation.)

But the participant who answered NO would not receive mail. It would be good to fix and adjust.
