Can't display correctly Google MAP

Hello,
I follow these instructions kb.prohma.org/index.php?title=JEM:_How_to_setup_Google_Maps for displaying google map. Before I create an API Key. That"s work fine few hours. After an message "FOR DEVELOPMANT PURPOSES ONLY" is displaying .
What's wrong ?

That is not from JEM. Please ask the owner of this site to help. If he's publishing help for some reasons, he should give th right answers and maintain it.

I use openstreet map.

That is very interesting: how did you integrate opensteetmap into JEM?

First install HOB extension from www.hob-france.com/composants-joomla/carte-joomla.html
Second create your map with this componant
Third put on JEM "PLACE" on description area this code <p>{loadhobosm id }</p>. Id is comming wtih your map.
Its very easy.
