How do I align the calendar buttons so the text is inside the buttons. See attachment for details.

Hi, because you give no informations about your joomla version, JEM version and e.g. your template, it is not possible to help.
Best is if you use e.g. firefox developer version of browser and play around. You surely have to adapt something in the css files.
If you use the official templates, normally this is not like that.
