I looked at your thread and went to other searches on this site.
I tried finally directly to import directly from EL1.0.1 with... JEM 2.1.6
because I had the very same problems than jonasbang described importing with JEM 2.2.2 here . I tried his process and everything seems to be imported in JEM tables.
I have to check other Joomla imported datas before being able to complete my EL to JEM migration.
But for now during Joomla migration I have lost all my menu items containing EL URLs
