[SOLVED]JEM events in Acymail newsletter not possible anymore

Well, it's not an empty popup that I described. At least, that was not what I meant.
The problem is that if I try to insert a tag for a JEM event, it doesn'work as it worked before: see the attached image.
I just deinstalled the tagjem plugin and installed it again, but that doesn't help.

Ah, now I understand the problem. And yes, inserting a single event doesn't work.

I focused on category insertion and ignored single events as too simple - I shouldn't do that! :whistle:

The good thing: it's a bug I can reproduce, analyse and (hopefully) solve.

OK, the clearness of the problem can be the beginning of the solution...
Because English is not my native language, it's sometimes hard to explain the exact problem.
But I'm glad the language of images did help.

I could reproduce this issue for one event.
If I choose all events of a category for month(s), it seems to work fine!

As far as I can see, that doesn't work for me either.
Maybe you can describe more exact what you're doing?
Nevertheless, I hope you can resolve 'my' issue...

I opened a template, went with the mouse to the place the information has to be, then choose "tags"
and choose the tab "upcoming events".
Then I choose the categories I wish to send, with all the additional settings and click on the button "insert the tag"
then I see the inserted formula on the right place. I have to save/test or edit more.

(I've seen: In a tablet in the popup window to insert the tags I don't see the upper part of the window, so I don't see the button "insert the tag".
