Hello,
in the settings I said "yes" to display as the "ICAL" as the "print"-icon, but only the calender-icon is displayed. Is there another setting to do?
Thanks for help!

hello, welcome on this forum where users try to help users.
no normally is no other setting to do.
if there are problems we try to reproduce the problem. So we need enough informations about your system.
Is it a clean joomla, which one, which JEM, did you try on an official joomla template like protostar, do you use additional modules, plugins, which could interfere with Joomla. If your problem is on a clean joomla with JEM too, then maybe this is a problem in JEM. But normally JEM works best with the originals.
It can be, that there are intererences from foreign modules, templates, plugins. Normally their interferences will come directly in joomla too.

Hello,
thanks for your answer.
Joomla 3.7.4
JEM 3.0.2
other components: JCE-Editor, JDownloads and a slideshow
Template: shape 5, Design control (it's an elder one, maybe that's the problem?)

a you're on a bad way: JEM 3.0.2 is deprecated (I think since 2 years) and will not be continued.
JEM 2.2.0 + has much more possibilities and is for Joomla 3+ and Joomla 2.5.
If you want to use JEM 2.2.0 + then you have to export your events... and import then on the new. Also the images. If I remember right, there are some notes, how to change back from JEM 3.0.2 to JEM 2

if you want to persist on JEM 3, you better upgrade to 3.0.7 you will find a link on news of february 2015 which leads to JEM 3.0.7, but this was the last update after finishing this tree.
