Make a custom filter on the immediate top of Eventlist Table?

Dear all,




I am not sure if it is possible to customize the filter and make it on the immediate top of the EventList Table:
(a) on the immediate top of the "City" column, provide a drop down list of all cities for user to filter the list of events available for the selected city;
(b) on the immediate top of the "venue" column, provide a drop down list of all venues for user to filter the list of events available for the venue selected. The drop down list of venues should be those venues in the city selected.
(c) on the immediate top of the "title" column, provide a drop down list of all Event Categories for user to filter the list of events of the selected event category.

The default item of each filter should be respectively:
(a) All Cities
(b) All Venues
(c) All Categories

I think you should search for "venueslist" of bluefox. I worked on that and have a nice list which I can order first the city or district, then the venues.
