Additional options recurring events in front-end not available

I'm using JEM 2.20 Dutch for a scuba-diving club on www.dv-thetis.nl . Registered users from scholing, board, dive activities are using JEM to announce their events. Those users have editor rights for the front-end of Joomla only. Unfortunate when creating reoccuring event, the additional options, as available in the backend, are not available.
Is their a way to make those options visable on the front-end. One can only select the availabe recurrings.but not the additional settings

I can't reproduce that. So it must be a problem of your joomla configuration,,,,which may differe from the official one.

Thanks, due to your remark that it works at yours I checked the extra options using a different template. By using a different template the additional options work correctly.
The issue was related to the template. This template I was using blocked the additional recurring event options.
