Error Messages from Provider

Hello, I received some error-messages from my provider concerning JEM:

The provider offers no support for Joomla!
Can someone help me to solve this problem?

I have a similar problem when changing from PHP version 7.1 to 7.2. After that my website is not usable anymore. In the errorlog I see the error message:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: Declaration of JemViewVenue::display() should be compatible with Joomla\\CMS\\MVC\\View\\HtmlView::display($tpl = NULL) in /home/sitename.nl/public_html/cms/components/com_jem/views/venue/view.feed.php on line 15\n'

I have no idea what it means. Can somebody help me out?

Joomla 3.9.13
JEM 2.2.3

Hi,

I got a bit confused by the order in the error log but it seems to me that the real problem came from Phoca Gallery. After updating that component the site doesn't break anymore. After updating the JEM, the errormessage mentioned before is also gone.
