[SOLVED] How do I get the calendar to start on Sunday?

I've been researching this all day. Found a few references with no answers. I can't make the Calendar start on Sunday. I changed it in the settings, but no love. I found a few people that had the same problem, but nothing came from it. Saw a reference to Github, but couldn't find the article.

Each calendar menu has a menu settings option! There you can choose monday or sunday! Good luck

Ok, I get it. To change the calendar you don't do it in the JEM settings, but either in the modules or in my case the menu.options with the calendar chosen. Confusing.
