Hello Egnarts and all,
Hope that the topic works again!
Taking again tests of JEM responsive (was at hospital and so on), I see a problem which seems due to the french translation file used (fr-FR.JEM-languagepack_v2.2.3) about the tools line in simplelist display :
- with en-GB language (from Responsive JEM pack) : all is OK
- with fr_FR language (fr-FR.JEM-languagepack_v2.2.3), a bug appears : the separator between the item "state" (Région/Dépt.) and item category (Catégorie) switches to the line below and the item category (Catégorie) switches in its turn to the next line below!
You can see that here : www.mediacomminges.fr/sport
If we go back with en_GB language, no problem...
Someone would have an idea to solve that?
Thanks in advance
Leo

Hi Leo,
I'm replying because I thought it was a langueage-pack problem. And I'm responsible for the translation packs.
However..: I think the French description "Nombre à afficher" is longer than the original English "Limit". That's why the rest get's pushed to the next line.....
We should change the English text anyway.... "Limit" is a bit web 1.0. "Display" would be better.
However, that does not solve your question. It's a matter of layout.

Hi Ernst,
Yes, I'd tried changing the word to reduce, also by "Limit", but also without result...
When you say that's a matter of layout, is that means a matter of template layout ?
Thanks
Henri
PS: have said I can helper frenche translation, telle what I can do, if you want

Hmm... I was quite convinced that it is a template layout issue.
If you change the zoom level of the browser (CRTL-scroll up/down), you can see the layout changes, because at some point all fits on one line.
If you would like to help out on the French translation then that would be very appreciated. Our translations are hosted on Transifex:
www.transifex.com/jemproject/JEM/languages/https://www.transifex.com/jemproject/JEM/languages/
If you create a profile there and apply for membership of the French translation team, we will take it from there.
Thanks,
Ernst
