Okay, lets go separately to your problems:
1. No images in search page:
The model of the search view does not show images. Its the same as in the old layout.
2. No images at simplelist
Did you enable images in layout in JoomlaBackend -> Components -> JEM -> Settings -> Layout -> "Event Image Column"?
3. Thumbnails bad sizes
You can configure the size of thumbnails in JoomlaBackend -> Compoents -> JEM -> Settings -> Basic Settings -> Image Handling -> Max Height/Width of Thumbnails
After changing those values go via FTP to JoomlaRoot/images/jem/event/small and delete the small images, also in /categories/ and /venues/, then JEM generates new thumbnails in the correct size
4. Items not aligned correctly in the last url in JEM Module Wide:
Your template add some crazy padding to ".box li a" - I don't know why.

Remove that padding or override it with custom css.
