.hm... as longer as I look at this piece of code I get the feeling this is not optimally..

well the week-view can indeed be done better.
actually was thinking of dropping it completely a while back but am now in favor of improving it :)

That worked great, thank you!

So now I have my events displayed I am adjusting the colors to match my site template B) so cool.

I dislike having 2 lines for a 7 days happening, will probably try to fix that next week. Thank you again.

Hi!

Some news from the front: so now the week event is spreading over 8 days! So no matter what it cannot fit into one line anymore. I was thinking of creating a 8 column table/div structure to output the events extracted from the database in it.

Since it will be all hard-coded would you rather modify the current weekcal.php or create a new view for that specific purpose?

And my php colleague won't be able to help, so it's all back to me

Hi Fred,

if one think it's finished there will come new requirements.

For me it sounds like a new view. It doesn't really require a calendar class, it's just a table with N columns for the days required.

Yeah, who would have thought, really? ;-)

OK, I'll dive into that then. Thanks a lot.
