it's better to create new topics but to reply:
can't say anything about it as it can be that the css/styling used in that theme is overriding some styling of JEM. Unfortunately it's not a free template so can't try it out.

If you know a bit about css/php it will be relative easy to adapt the files to make it work with the template so it shouldn't be a problem.

I did not get your response with joomla 3 version, are you working on it or no resolve for it?

can't tell you, the thing here is that i'm spending time in free time and you know it are special day's right now. Furthermore it also depends on what kind of detailed information you're giving.

so far i'm missing information from your side (detailed steps, what did you try, what jem versions. what joomla versions, etc.. etc.. ) and that makes things complicated.

I am using Joomla! 3.3.6 and I just install pkg_jem_v3.0.4 on the previous version. Try to open the pages and discover the error.
