Attachments and Links

Hi There,
We are testing JEM for our tenpin bowling organisation. We would like to have events that pop up with either of the modules. We would like non registered viewers of the website able to download attachments (entry forms) and once they click the name of the event be taken to our governing body registration page, I have tried everything and I cannot seem to get any of this functionality to work. Even clicking the Venue link and Event link just take you straight to the websites homepage. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

When we click the link for the event, would like the linked to our Governing body page the handles registration and payments. Also, where can the viewer, unregistered, have access to the attachment for download?

You find event attachments in event details view
But only when you decided during upload, that this attachment is public.
The same for venue attachments in venue details view.
