Problem in uplodad image events after update

Hi, i've just made an update of JEM and after this i have a problem with the upload of the event images
When i try to upload an image, i have this answer
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache Server at www.oggiaiglesias.com Port 80
I'm sure that some hours ago it works
Someone have the same problems? Some way to fix?

please send informations about your system! Joomla version etc. Without that we can't try to reproduce your problem.

Did you cleaned the caches after the update?

Where do you try to upload the images? from backend or frontend?

I have Joomla! 3.9.8 and PHP 7.1.33
I try to upload the image in the backend (now i try also in frontend, same error when i try to save)
No, yesterday i don't have clean the cache, but now i've done and still don't work
I also try to upload the image using ftp. I can find it looking for it in the backend, but i can't select it...

thanks, I don't know if this could be a reason, but you are retarded: you should use at least php 7.3 and joomla had a lot of security updates since 3.9.8. It should be 3.9.27
I can not reproduce your problem. Image updates in JEM frontend and backend work best!
