I have now created a menu item with "JEM > Simplelist" and it works fine. However I would like some normal static page layout around it and options for headline and such.
Is it possible to embed JEM Simplelist onto a static page / single article?
I have now tried the "Plugin Include Component", but that doesn't work properly. It shows nicely initially, but as soon as you start using it, it navigates away from the static page it initially was included on.
If I create a menu item which is a "Articles » Single Article", that is what I call a "static page". Just a plain html page with content that I write manually, i.e. it is static unless I manually update it.
The good of joomla is that it's a CMS. This is dynamic.
But you can try with the jemevents plugin. then you can insert a link to an event in an article
Thanks for the proposal, however it is not a single event I would like to show in an article, it is the entire event list. Anyway, maybe it is not easily done.
