mailing to attendees by creator

am going to set up a personal website and what I'm missing is an option where creators can send an email to the attendees.

if I'm right it was asked before so if anyone finds the time to add it then it would be nice.

will probably add it myself if noone is voluntering but for now I'm busy with other things.

Don't remember but maybe I already proposed to add a PMS connection (e.g. to uddeIM) instead?

Sure, we have a mailer plugin so only a view is required. But the plugin maybe disabled or misconfigured.
So think linking to e.g. udde incl. list of users (should be possible, Kunena can this with one user) and maybe prepared text could be better?
