Datepicker Repetitions | Frontend edit for Groups

Hi,
Datepicker for event repetitions if the event isn't every week/month on the same day.
Edit Groups Front End - for example - Admin can add users to the Event Editor Group (correct me if this is already implemented)
Would be nice if you can add this features in the future
Georg

about the datepicker..
at the moment the code in JEM3 is using a rrule class to create recurrence so that can give problems.
but maybe we can add it as some kind of copy function so that the event will be copied for the dates selected. but those events will be standalone and not part of a group
about the group thing:
---
maybe someone else can give you an answer there.can say that I won't change anything in that area as I did gave up changing the permission thing so that would be something for someone who likes to deal with it.

Hi,
a "random repitition" - interesting use-case. As Bluefox wrote we have a recurrence feature but this requires a formula to (automatically) calculate events. So in such case the actual way would be to edit the (master) event and choose "Save as Copy".
Regarding editing groups/access rights on frontend:
As far as I know Joomla itself doesn't provide such a feature because this is an administrative task for which the backend is the correct place. I would follow this philosophy and not implement a way to do pure administrative things on frontend, e.g. to not open unneeded security holes.

Thanks for answering.
repitition:
@Hoffi: "save as copy" is not available in the front end so it's not an option for me. I found a other solution for this so it's solved.
Regarding editing groups/access rights on frontend:
Okay, i didn't know that this could be a security problem. It's not so big problem for me if that will not work.
thanks for helping!
(sorry for my bad english)
