1.I would like to ask you for adding a field, where the number of people participating in the event can be saved.
2.

Is there a possibility of making a report showing a list of events in any selected period of time, with data as follows: date, hour, place, title of the event, audience/participants, category (the single category or a few different categories in one search)?.
And what more I would like to export this information in this format to csv, xls or other useful.

Hi Osmin,

not sure what you mean. The participants are counted on frontend's event details view (within the Registration block) and can be shown on all list views (by activating Attendee column in JEM Settings Layout).
A dedicated field in the db tables doesn't exist and isn't advisible to prevent doublicated data and potential inconsistencies. Instead the attendees with matching event id are counted on the fly.
Regarding your second point the things you listed for your report can be shown in all list views (configurable in JEM Settings Layout). But a csv export is actually not implemented on these lists. Only on attendee list (if you click on a number in attendee column of My Events view) an csv export button is shown. So here I see the feature request "add csv export button on event and venue list views". :)

Ah, ok. You mean "there will be 5 guys incognito". ;)
Currently our idea for that was to manually add the users on backend. With coming JEM 2.0.3 the emails will show this as "user X became added by user Y".
But yes, all users must have an account. So a way to add (for Joomla unknown) persons could be useful, ok.
(loud thinking: there should be a reference to the user added this number to have a contact)

Yeah, i mean only writing a number of persons (could be only in administration panel) to the event. I would appreciate to have a field in eg. called 'audience' where i could manually enter a number of people that were present on that single event.
