within JEM there will be an option to point to a custom css file, but those files won't be editable by the css-manager.

Would like to see the option that those files will be added in the list.
can be done by adding some setStates variables and adding some more code.

did try it out a bit and it can be done but well maybe it's something for the far future.

it could be earlier,

tested it more and did upload some changes regarding this one to my repo and editing custom css files does work.

if the field for custom css is filled within Settings-layout then those files can be.adapted in the cssmanager.

p.s.
within the settings-view, tab layoout the location of the file has to be added without the http://joomla part. so if you have a file at www.domain.de/css/test.css you have to enter css/test.css
