send invitation via email

Hello,
i like the event manager since the first beta's

We use the event manager to planning of our club events.

It would be easier for our members if they would receive an invitation by email which they can accept or reject

Is it possible to implement a email invitation functionality?

Hi, welcom in our forum and thank you for the flowers!
There is a little possibility to inform followers about changes in a category.
see backen categories->email. There you can list email addresses, which get an email in changes in a category (new or edited events)

McKillo was talking about the possibility to connect this with a list of e.g. acymailing. I hope that will come, but later I think.
