feature for later: batch job for changings

Hi,
when I want to change the category of a lot events, then it seems I have to make it with each event alone.
Is there (should there be) a possibility to do that in one step.
(i cb groupjive I encountered this kind of batch job).

Could be for changing venues, too.
in categories for changing groups...

If we do it the way like for example in Joomla Article View, then I would say OK, but I would not make it an own view with thousands of options or so.
