Participant list in alphabetically order

Hello everyone,

I’m still very excited about the event component, especially the active engagement of the community here. You were able to help me quickly with my last issue, so I’m turning to you again in search of a relatively simple feature. Perhaps it already exists.I’m looking for a way to display the registered users in the participant list alphabetically, rather than in the order of registration. Is this possible without extensive programming?

It is strange that this sort doesn't work on your site.
on my site this works without any problems: I go to the top ot the lists and click, then the names are in alfabetical order. Or in backend or in attendees manager

Thank you for your response. I was referring to the frontend view when displaying a single event. In our case, it looks similar to your Demo.

 

Hi, meanwhile one of our devs is trying an addition for the event details view. In general JEM settings the admin can decide, if the order is ascending or descending and sorting username or name or registration ID or user ID.
You can test the changing in github #1880

I’ve successfully tested it. The new alphabetical participant overview is a great improvement for us. Thank you!
