Feature request: simplelist with categories choice

Hi,
I appreciate much the possibility to exclude categories in simplelist
(Like that it shows me the events of all categories in a ordered list.
In a list with subcategories I see only the subcategory)

In some cases it would be easier to have the possibility to choose which categories to include in the simplelist (not to exclude)

In other extensions I saw a switch, if the IDs in the list are to include or to exclude. If this would be possible, it would be great.

I am using a modified simplelist that allows me to filter based on category so I also see a need for this and would not be too hard to implement since the code already exists in other views.

My mods are such a hackjob that most of them cause other problems.
