Languages file when sending mail

Hello, or I can find the language file used when sending e-mails when the creator of the event is registered, unsubscribe or invite a participant, because I receive a confirmation e-mail in English and I would like to be in French.
Here is the e-mail I receive when I register a participant
"The registration of user Patrice Gambard has been removed by user Patrick Mazzolini from following event:

Ou je peux trouver le fichier de langue utilisé lors de l'envoi d'e-mails, lorsque le créateur de l'événement enregistre, désinscrit ou invite un participant, car je reçois un e-mail de confirmation en anglais et j'aimerais qu'i soit en français.
Voici l'e-mail que je reçois lorsque retire un participant

La substitution de langue Joomla est conseillée en cas de mise à jour JEM et fonctionne très bien aussi
