Multiple issues with recurring events

When I create a recurring event, say a weekly event, for a total of four events, upon saving and closing that event four event items are created. However a little icon in the shape of two circular arrows are shown next to these events. The first of these four icons has a little exclamation mark in it. The icons are shown both in the frontend and the backend.

On mouseover the icons show the text "This". Inspection of the html turns up that the icon is inserted as an image with title="This" event="" is="" the="" first="" one="" of="" a="" set="" recurring="" events."="".

When I then go to the Joomla system dashboard, it shows a "1" next to "Global check-in" in the "Maintenance" block. If you click that it shows up to four items that must be checked in in the xxxxx_jem_events table. Clicking the "Check-in" does what it says. I'm not sure what this does, there is no visible change to the events in frorntend or backend.

You're right, this is not so nice, but it is only the explanation of the icoh. When you know this then it is not anymore needed

You only react to the first thing I reported. Do you also see items in the XXXXX_jem_events table that need to be checked-in? It is as if the events are not saved correctly, although they appear normal both in frontend and backend.

Further testing shows it is NOT related to option of recurring. When editing and saving normal events and even when deleting events, I also get these items that need to be checked-in. I have never seen these before.

Joomla 4.3.4, JEM 4.1.0 and PHP 8.0.

Apparently nobody else here sees this.

I just edited a Venue and same problem. After saving the change is visible in the front-end, but there is an item in the XXXXX_jem_venues table that needs to be checked-in.

There are no errors visible logs/everything . php, nothing in the webserver logs, nothing in de database logs.

I can see it too, but I couldn't figure out at first sight why it is like this.
